  Q. When should I deworm my new puppy?
  A. It is probable that all puppies will have worms as they are passed on through the mothers milk. Worming should start at 2 weeks of age and continue every 2 weeks until at least 12 weeks. After that every 3 months is generally sufficient.

  Q. How old should my dog be before it can be neutered?
  A. It is now recommended that de-sexing operations in both male and female animals can be done as early as 12 weeks of age. Consult your veterinarian to discuss the best time for your dog.

  Q. When should dogs start their vaccinations?
  A. Ideally vaccination should start at 6 weeks of age, however it is never too late to start vaccinating. A course of 2 or more vaccinations is required to ensure good immunity.
