PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Treatment and control of roundworms, tapeworms and bots in horses.

TAPEWORMS: Anoplocephala perfoliata, Anoplocephala magna*, Paranoplocephala mammilana* (Adult and immature, scoleces and segments).
LARGE STRONGYLES: Strongylus vulgaris (adult and arterial larval stages), Strongylus edentatus (adult and tissue stages), Strongylus equinus (adult) and Triodontophorus spp. (adult).
SMALL STRONGYLES: Including benzimidazole-resistant strains (adult and immature) Cyathostomum spp, Cylicocyclus spp, Cylicostephanus spp, Cylicodontophorus spp, Gyalocephalus spp. PINWORMS: Oxyuris equi (adult and immature).
ASCARIDS: Parascaris equorum (adult and immature).
HAIRWORMS: Trichostrongylus axei (adult).
LARGE MOUTH STOMACH WORMS: Habronema muscae (adult).
NECK THREADWORMS: Onchocerca spp*, (microfilariae).
BOTS: Gasterophilus spp, (oral and gastric stages).
LUNGWORMS: Dictyocaulus arnfieldi (adult and immature).
INTESTINAL THREADWORMS: Strongyloides westeri (adult). Also effective for control of skin lesions caused by Habronema* cutaneous larvae (summer sores), and Onchocerca spp*, microfilariae (cutaneous onchocerciasis). *These parasites have not been recorded in New Zealand.

WITHHOLDING PERIOD

Meat - Horses producing meat or offal for human consumption must not be sold for slaughter either during treatment or within 63 days of the last treatment.

PACK SIZES

Available in a 30mL plastic syringe with sufficient paste to treat a 600kg horse.
